Bizz & Everyday People was founded in 2011.

Wendell “Bizz” Bigsby-Church, eldest son of Nashville legend Jimmy Church, has opened up for the Godfather of Soul, James Brown, the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, the King of Rock-n-Roll, Lil Richard and many more. Wendell is the ultimate entertainer whose male lead voice possesses a smoky, rich soulful sound full of passion and emotion.

After more than a decade together, many original players still make up Bizz & Everyday People, including Marcus Moore and Marvin Sims.

Our band hosts dynamic talents from Nashville natives and all-American transplants who have dedicated their lives to their craft. We would be honored if you would take a minute to meet us (below).

We have the privilege of gigging regularly in and around Nashville and all over Tennessee, and travel all throughout the greater Southern/East Coast regions—even Canada!—entertaining everyday people just like you.

We love our reoccurring hosts: jamming monthly with Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar, and annually with Wine Down Main Street. Some of our most favorite venues have been reserved for the most intimate and exquisite occasions at the Belle Meade Country Club, Belle Meade Plantation, The Carson Center, Fontanel Mansion, General Jackson Showboat, Musicians Hall of Fame, Rosewall, Samford University, Schermerhorn, Thayer Hotel West Point NY, Tropicana Evansville Casino, Vanderbilt University and many more.

With Bizz & Everyday People you are guaranteed to have a transformative experience designed to take all the cares of your world away. This band is ready to cater to your musical needs with style! Be sure to check out the energy we bring on the Video page.
